How an AC service visit works

The same four steps whether it is a dripping tap or a full office fit-out.

    Tell us what is wrong

    Message on WhatsApp, call, or use the form. A photo or a short video of the problem is usually enough for us to know who to send.

    Site visit and written quote

    A technician looks at the job and you get an itemised quotation in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

    The work

    Scheduled at a time that suits you. The right trade for the job, the area protected while we work, and left clean when we leave.

  4. 04

    Handover

    You see the finished work and get photos of it. If something is not right afterwards, you tell us and we come back.
